This is why Voith Turbo is stepping up its efforts also in the Market Area Industry, in order to be able to meet your service requirements with even greater efficiency. With the targeted expansion of our service portfolio, shorter spare parts delivery times and an increased worldwide service network, we have been creating the necessary preconditions for this undertaking. In future, you will not only be able to benefit from our extremely reliable products, but also from "Best-in-Class" service.

Supported by a renowned consultancy firm, more than 50 employees from Crailsheim, the USA, Australia, South Africa, China, England and the Middle East have been developing structures and new concepts in a project that has been going on for more than a year, in order to optimize our service portfolio for hydrodynamic couplings. The result: from now on, the Voith Coupling Service covers constant-fill Voith couplings and variable-speed drives, as well as our Fluidrive products.
Our new concept is taking into account that the conditions in international business have changed in recent years: many customers are cutting down on maintenance personnel. As original manufacturer, Voith can offer you competent service across the entire life cycle of the product. Be it intensive customer care, competent advice or prompt assistance with failures – the Voith Coupling Service will always put you first.
More than 150 individual improvement measures have been implemented in the course of the project. Your advantages: faster worldwide spare parts deliveries, optimized repair management and improved on-site service.
Our main target: being available to the customer – any time, anywhere. This is, for example, guaranteed by a 24-hour helpline for emergencies that has been set up in Crailsheim and at our worldwide Marketing Companies. Therefore, you will always have a competent contact who speaks your language and who can react to your problems directly – by solving the problem straight on the telephone, by delegating a service engineer or by taking other suitable measures. Your benefit: 24-hour helpline availability will in the future be a standard feature of our service portfolio, just as the inspection by our Voith experts or the training of your specialized personnel.
Our comprehensive service program which also includes expert overhauls and repairs of your start-up components will be supplemented by a range of preventive measures: nothing is more expensive than an unexpected machine failure. A "Health Check" of your driveline carried out by a Voith measurement technician will help you to minimize this risk – for example by early assessments of vibrations, temperatures and pressures. Our warehousing concept, too, offers decisive advantages: Voith Turbo analyzes your spare parts inventory and optimizes it by adding specifically selected critical parts.
In order to put all these tasks into practice, we have created new organizational structures and responsibilities worldwide. The first contact for the customer will always be the local or regional Voith Marketing Company – with the full backup of the head office.
The new orientation of our "Voith Coupling Service" is also reflected in an updated public appearance, for example by new customer literature, such as brochures and data sheets, as well as a completely updated internet page. You will therefore be able to inform yourself even more specifically about our comprehensive catalogue of services or find "your" local contact on the internet.
